Life Vault OS provides software, planning tools and AI-assisted guidance, and it uses the smallest set of cookies and local storage keys that allow that to work. We run no advertising cookies and no third-party ad or data-broker trackers.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We also use local storage, which behaves similarly but is not transmitted with every request.

These cannot be switched off, because without them the vault cannot authenticate you or protect your session.

When you begin checkout, our payment provider sets cookies required to process the transaction securely and to prevent fraud. Card details are handled entirely by them and never reach our systems.

We use a privacy-configured product analytics provider to understand which parts of the product help members prepare. It receives structural metadata only — counts, categories, labels, booleans, identifiers and durations.

Journal content, AI prompts, AI responses, vault document contents, file names and personal notes are never sent. Session replay masks all inputs, text areas and marked text at the point of capture, so a recording shows how a screen was used, not what was written.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a setting to refuse them entirely. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and your vault will not open.

You can also opt out of analytics tracking through your browser's Do Not Track or global privacy control setting, which we honour where the browser sends it.
