Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and Life Vault OS™ for use of the Life Vault OS website and application. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Life Vault OS on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Life Vault OS provides software, planning tools and AI-assisted guidance. It helps you set direction, assess preparedness across your life areas, explore what-if scenarios, record decisions, run reviews and store important records.

Life Vault OS does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment or medical advice. It is not a law firm, accountancy practice, regulated financial adviser, insurance intermediary or healthcare provider, and no professional or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of it. Decisions and their consequences remain yours.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current, because we use it for security, membership and review notices.

You own everything you put into your vault. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you — including generating scores, recommendations and, at your request, AI-assisted guidance.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for the accuracy of what you record. Do not store content you are legally prohibited from holding.

Membership is sold as an annual subscription to Life Vault Core, with optional Constellation Modules™ priced separately. Prices are shown before checkout and include any taxes where stated.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term and you keep access until then.

Fees for a term already started are non-refundable except where required by law or where we have failed to provide the service. Founder accounts may be granted access without payment at our discretion.

If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the balance is settled. Your content is retained during suspension.

Use Life Vault OS for your own planning and preparedness. The following are prohibited.

AI features generate informational structure — situations, options, risks, opportunities, questions and suggested actions — from what you provide. Output can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. Full detail is set out in the AI Disclaimer and the No Advice Disclaimer, which form part of these terms.

We aim for a dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and factors outside our control can interrupt access.

We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces core functionality you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and, if you wish to stop, refund the unused portion of your term.

Life Vault OS, the Life Vault OS™ name and marks, the North Star Framework™, Life Compass™, What If Framework™, Life Vault Score™, Decision Journal™, Constellation Modules™ and the software itself remain our property. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your membership, and nothing more.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits or opportunity, or for any loss arising from decisions you make using the service or its AI-assisted guidance.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails persistently, or if required by law.

On termination your licence ends and your content is deleted or irreversibly anonymised in line with the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
