A Letter From The Founder

When people ask me why I created Life Vault OS™, I usually pause before answering, because the truth is not really about technology, software or planning. It is far more personal than that.

It started with my mum.

My mother, Stephanie, was the heart of our family and one of the most important people I have ever known. She had a rare strength about her, not the loud kind, but the kind that quietly holds people together. She made people feel seen, supported and loved. She was the person others turned to in difficult times, the person who gave more than most people ever realised, and the person whose presence shaped so many lives around her.

When we lost her, our world changed overnight.

As a family, we expected grief. We expected heartbreak. We expected the pain that comes with losing someone so deeply loved. What we did not expect was how quickly the time that should have been spent remembering her, sharing stories, laughing through tears and celebrating the life she had lived became something else entirely.

We found ourselves searching for documents, information, answers and details that nobody ever expects to need until the moment they suddenly do. The people who were hurting most were also trying to piece things together at the very time they should have been allowed to grieve, remember and simply be together.

That stayed with me.

At first, I thought the answer was to build somewhere safe to keep important information, so no family would ever have to carry that unnecessary burden in the middle of loss. But over time, the idea became bigger, because I realised the problem was not only about what happens at the end of life.

It was about life itself.

We are all navigating an extraordinary number of decisions every day. Some are small and almost invisible. Others change the course of everything. They affect our families, our relationships, our health, our careers, our wealth, our futures and the people connected to us. Yet most of us move through those decisions without a map, without a system and without much time to stop and ask what those choices are really shaping.

That is what Life Vault OS™ became.

Not just a vault. Not just a place for documents. Not just something for difficult moments. It became a living record of where we have been, where we are now and where we want to go next. It is here for the moments we need to navigate carefully, but also for the moments we should celebrate, record and remember. The good, the difficult, the ordinary and the extraordinary all belong in the story of a life.

At the heart of Life Vault OS™ is the belief that life is connected.

Every decision creates a ripple. Every relationship matters. Every memory has weight. Every dream, responsibility, lesson and milestone forms part of a wider picture. We are all living inside our own universe, made up of the people we love, the choices we make, the experiences we carry and the futures we are trying to build.

That is why we call it the Universe of Life™.

Our North Star™ is our path. It helps us understand the direction we are moving in and what we are trying to build. Our Emerald Core™ represents what we hold closest to our hearts, the things that matter most, the values, people and priorities we do not want to lose sight of. Our AI is there to guide, to ask better questions, to help us reflect and to help us see the decisions in front of us with more clarity.

Life Vault OS™ is our universe, but it also recognises that our universe touches others. Families connect. Partners connect. Children, parents, friends, advisers and communities all become part of the wider story. One life touches another. One decision can affect many futures. One memory can carry meaning for generations.

That is why Life Vault OS™ is not just about legacy.

Legacy matters, but legacy is not only what we leave behind. It is also what we create while we are here. It is in the way we live, the way we love, the way we support each other, the decisions we make and the memories we choose to preserve.

Life Vault OS™ is for the living.

It is here to help people navigate the difficult times, but also to honour the beautiful ones. To celebrate achievements. To capture stories. To make better decisions. To understand what matters. To share the journey with the people who matter most. To build something that helps us live more intentionally, not someday, but now.

This platform began with my mother, Stephanie. It began with the love she gave, the life she lived and the gap she left behind. But today, Life Vault OS™ exists for every person, every family and every future that deserves more clarity, more connection and more intention.

If it helps a family avoid even a little of the stress that ours experienced, I will be grateful. If it helps someone make a decision with more confidence, celebrate a moment they might otherwise forget, or understand the universe they are building around them, then it will have become everything I hoped it could be.
